Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any E-WIN Project platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our platforms.
2. Use License
E-WIN Project grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: modifying or copying our materials; using materials for commercial purposes; attempting to reverse engineer any software; removing copyright or proprietary notations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify E-WIN Project of any unauthorized use of your account. E-WIN Project reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. ATN Commission Program
The Affiliate Trust Network (ATN) and Impact Ambassador commission programs allow qualified participants to earn 20% ATN commissions and, where applicable, unlock 40% Impact Ambassador commission pathways across eligible referred subscriptions and transactions. Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum threshold of ₦5,000. E-WIN Project reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of E-WIN Project platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Platform Availability
E-WIN Project makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of its platforms. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability.
7. Limitation of Liability
E-WIN Project and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our platforms. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
E-WIN Project reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
