Terms of service

E-WIN Project Ecosystem is operated by Elite Workforce Impact Nigeria ("E-WIN", "we") from Abuja, Nigeria. These terms govern your use of ewinproject.org, the hub and every platform reached through it.

You must be at least 13 to create an account and at least 18 to withdraw money, enter regulated platforms or act as a provider for clinical, legal or financial gigs. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account; keep your password and one-time codes private.

Buyers fund escrow before work starts. Funds are collected and paid out by our licensed payment partner, Flutterwave; your E-WIN wallet is a ledger of amounts owed to you, not a deposit account.

Escrow is released when the buyer approves the delivery, or automatically when the review window (7 days by default) ends without a dispute. Refunds of cancelled, undelivered work return to the original payment method or wallet.

Each released payment is split by the published rule set shown on the How earning works page at the time the work was funded. We may change future rules with at least 14 days’ notice; changes never affect money already in escrow.

Withdrawals are limited by your verification level and may be reviewed for fraud. Withdrawals of ₦250,000 or more require two approvals. We may pause withdrawals if nightly reconciliation finds a difference, and will explain why.

Either party can open a dispute during the review window. An E-WIN reviewer considers the brief, the delivery and messages on the hub, and may release, refund or split escrow. Decisions are final for the purposes of the hub but do not limit your legal rights.

No fraud, impersonation, academic misconduct services (including contract cheating or detector evasion), off-platform payment requests, investment schemes, harassment or illegal content. We may hide content, suspend accounts and withhold funds connected to a breach while we investigate.

InsightsTrade, NewsTrade forecasts and BetxPredicts are points-only or analytics-only previews for adults. They carry no cash value, cannot be connected to your wallet and are not available through youth or campus programmes.

AI outputs are assistance, not professional advice. Check important results with a qualified person — the hub lets you hire one. Do not upload personal data about others without their permission.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid E-WIN in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in the Federal Capital Territory have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you may have elsewhere.
