Privacy policy

Account details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp, state and LGA of residence), profile and Skill Passport information you add, credentials you upload for verification, payment and payout records, messages on the hub, and technical data such as device and log information.

You may provide your 11-digit NIN at signup or in your profile. It is encrypted, linked to your verified email and displayed only as the last four digits. Providing a NIN does not complete identity verification. PDF/DOCX CVs attached to applications are held in private storage and are available to authorised administrators or the employer reviewing the role. Unsubmitted attachments expire after one hour; temporary staging files are removed within one day. Contact us to request removal of a submitted application.

To run your account and the platforms; to hold and release escrow; to verify identities and credentials; to prevent fraud and keep the ledger reconciled; to send the notifications you choose; and to improve the service using aggregated statistics.

We process data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 on the bases of contract, legal obligation (for example tax and anti-money-laundering records), legitimate interest (fraud prevention) and consent (marketing and optional profile visibility).

Flutterwave for payments and payouts; our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Convex); email delivery providers; and, where you choose, AI model providers that process tool inputs. Institutions you join see aggregate outcomes only, never your individual records. We never sell personal data.

Ledger and payment records are kept for at least six years for tax and audit purposes. Other data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep it.

You can access, correct, export and delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Export and deletion are available from Settings → Privacy; you can also email [email protected]. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Data is encrypted in transit; secrets are held only in server environments; access to administrative tools is role-based and every sensitive action is written to an audit log.

Learners under 18 may use education platforms with a parent, school or institution’s consent. Under-18s cannot withdraw funds, act as providers for regulated work or access regulated platforms.
