The person who does the work gets the largest share. The person who brought them gets a share. Their hub leader gets a share. E-WIN keeps the rest to run the system — and everyone can see the split before they start.

Refer members
Earn 20% of a referred member’s first-year subscriptions and 5% of every gig they deliver.

Win bounties
Sponsors fund prize pools for real challenges. Winners are paid from the pool on publication.

The Value-Share Engine
One published rule set splits every payment the moment it’s released. If a share has no rightful recipient — nobody referred you, or you’re not in a hub — it goes to E-WIN, never to someone who didn’t earn it.
